We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted snowboards and want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our rider support team or log into your account portal to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused board or apparel in its original shipping box, ensuring all factory tags and protective plastic wraps remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number near the return address.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for signs of use, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
